Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator in Fountain Valley, CA to support our growing roofing service team. You will coordinate work orders, assist with scheduling, invoicing, and client communications, acting as a key point of contact for customers and field crews.

This is an in-office, full-time hourly role offering a benefits package and opportunities to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in administrative, service coordination, or operations support.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service & work order coordination: create, schedule, and manage orders.
• Generate purchase orders and assist with invoicing and reconciliation.
• Track progress and maintain status updates in client systems.
• Verify warranty eligibility and coordinate documentation.
• Support billing, collections, and preliminary notices.
• Coordinate internal/external communications and meetings.
• Assist with onboarding and payroll/timesheet tracking.
