Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across Service, Quick Lane, Parts, Rental, and Detail.
• Write repair orders for internal service work.
• Reconcile warranty claims and service rental bills.
• Assist with service-related documentation and records.
• Coordinate tasks across the Service Department and follow up.
• Support the Service Manager and learn dealership operations.
• Handle additional administrative duties as needed.
