Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership or service department is preferred.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) such as CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in daily service department operations.
• Coordinate vehicle service appointments, repair orders, and technician workflow.
• Communicate service status, estimates, and updates to customers.
• Support service advisors in handling inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor parts inventory and coordinate with parts to ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain service records and reporting using the dealership management software (DMS).
• Help ensure service department compliance with dealership standards and manufacturer guidelines.
