Long Lewis Auto Group in Prattville is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Consultant Assistant to support our Sales Consultants by handling administrative tasks, customer follow-up, and showroom operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points for prior customer service or sales experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 year: Microsoft Excel Knowledge & Experience Necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants throughout the sales process.
• Assist with customer follow-up, appointment confirmations, and general communication.
• Prepare and organize sales paperwork and customer documentation.
• Help coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as needed.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Detail Departments to support a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with merchandising vehicles and maintaining the appearance of the showroom and lot.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
