Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and calls.

• Assist with equipment drop-off and pickup.
• Offer basic diagnostic support by phone.
• Process customer payments.
• Manage work orders from opening to close.
• Assign work to technicians; track progress.
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Close orders promptly; assist month-end.
• Maintain digital and hard-copy files.
• Submit warranty claims and PIPs within deadlines.
