Job summary

Tech24 is seeking a Service Coordinator in Lewisville, TX to support daily service operations and project coordination. You will work with project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and customers to ensure scheduling, documentation, and completion of work.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, project coordination, dispatching, or administrative support.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, construction, or foodservice service industries is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service projects and support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status updates and reports for leadership.
• Assist with scheduling technicians, subcontractors, and other resources to support project timelines.
• Coordinate communication between project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and manage project documentation including project plans, schedules, and scope details.
• Support administrative tasks including billing coordination, invoice reconciliation, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, materials, and job readiness with customers and vendors.
