Job summary

Tech24 is seeking a Service Coordinator in Ontario, CA to support daily service operations and project coordination. You will work closely with project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and customers to ensure projects and service work are scheduled, documented, and completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in service coordination, project coordination, dispatching, or administrative support required.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, construction, or foodservice service industries is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service projects and support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status updates and reports for leadership.
• Assist with scheduling technicians, subcontractors, and other resources to support project timelines.
• Coordinate communication between project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and manage project documentation including project plans, schedules, and scope details.
• Support administrative tasks including billing coordination, invoice reconciliation, and expense tracking.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, materials, and job readiness with customers and vendors.
