Job summary

Tech24 is seeking a Service Coordinator in Lewisville, TX to support daily service operations and project coordination. You will work closely with project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and customers to ensure projects are scheduled, documented, and completed efficiently.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of service coordination or related admin experience.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, construction, or foodservice service is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service projects and support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status updates for leadership.
• Assist with scheduling technicians, subcontractors, and other resources.
• Coordinate communication among project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and customers.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and scope details.
• Support billing coordination, invoice reconciliation, and expense tracking.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and job readiness with customers and vendors.
• Facilitate subcontractor coordination and payment processing as required
• Communicate project changes to teams and leadership.
• Maintain organized records and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Perform other duties to support service and project operations
