Job summary

Hunt Electric Corporation in Eagan, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations in the ECSI Service Department, scheduling Automatic Door Service and Locksmith Technicians, and ensuring accurate billing.

You will respond to calls, coordinate on-call rotations, maintain inventory readiness, and build lasting relationships with current clients while pursuing new business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer and account management.
• Strong service management background.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to build relationships across departments.
• Familiarity with Service Channel, Fexa, or Facilio.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize daily tasks and schedules for service and maintenance work orders.
• Respond to incoming phone calls.
• Arrange schedules for Service and Locksmith Technicians to fulfill customer requirements.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with current clients.
• Cultivate new connections with potential clients.
• Generate service work orders and purchase orders.
• Coordinate all inspection and testing activities.
• Update and maintain customer records accurately.
• Validate billing details for accuracy and provide necessary information to the Billing Specialist.
• Provide Service Quotes from technician provided information.
• Establish and Maintain Planned Maintenance accounts.
• Procure service parts as required.
• Assist with weekly payroll.
• Manage and coordinate On-Call rotation efficiently.
• Confirm inventory availability for work order scheduling purposes.
