Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a service department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage service work order headers and segments in Service Link.
• Enter technician time and service reports in Service Link.
• Schedule PSP/PIP work and coordinate customer PO requests.
• File to history, pre-prep warranty claims, and coordinate with warranty group and parts personnel to closure.
• Perform payroll and scheduling clerical tasks.
