Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking a Service Manager to oversee small service projects, including emergency repairs, leak investigations, maintenance work, and other small-scale scopes.

You will lead the service team to ensure a strong client experience while maintaining high standards for safety, quality and profitability. Manage daily operations and coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and progress while controlling costs and ensuring timely execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction, roofing, building services, or related fields.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple service projects concurrently.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service team while maintaining a positive, customer-focused culture.
• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness.
• Manage daily service operations, including emergency repairs, leak investigations, and small projects.
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and job progress.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company standards.
• Monitor job costing, budgets, and profitability; support invoicing and collections.
