Job summary

Dn Solutions America Corporation is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the Service Manager and technicians at DNSA Schaumburg, IL. This role involves processing service work orders, coordinating with distributors, and managing logistics for service activities.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 2+ years in administration, and experience with SAP/Salesforce or similar ERP systems. On-site work in Schaumburg, IL is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and relevant work experience will be considered.
• Two or more years of related administrative or customer service experience.
• Experience with parts purchasing, order processing, or vendor coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting a field service, technical service, or service administration department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Service Manager and technicians to ensure efficient daily department operations.
• Communicate with distributors regarding service requests, field service engineer billing, scheduling changes, and other service-related matters.
• Assist with administration, maintenance, and processing of service work orders and documentation.
• Process warranty parts orders to support field service requirements and customer needs.
• Arrange transportation for service tooling and coordinate return of defective or warranty parts.
• Support machine installations and service-related logistics, including invoicing and vendor POs.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments, customers, and external vendors to support service operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
