Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Supervise property maintenance personnel and assist with workforce coordination

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to office and service staff

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software.

  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or similar service industry experience is highly preferred.

  • Experience leading small teams and building positive workplace culture.



Schedule

Monday through Friday


8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Typical workweek of 40–50 hours


Occasional Saturday work available with flexible time provided in return


Limited after-hours responsibilities, with occasional manager-level email communication
