• Review and manage work orders for accuracy, completeness, and documentation to support billing processes.
• Create invoices for completed work and assist with prebilling reviews to ensure prompt closure of work orders.
• Maintain accurate records within service software and support documentation and workflow tracking related to service activity.

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to play a central role in supporting the daily operations of our Service Department. This position is crucial for enhancing customer communication, coordinating technician dispatch, and providing billing support. You will ensure efficient scheduling, maintain clear communication with customers, and accurately process completed work through invoicing.
