Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing organization. You will perform clerical tasks, answer phones, and help around the office while assisting the Service Dept. with documents, files, and scheduling.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Required language proficiency as stated in the posting.

• Good data entry and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls and maintenance for generators.
• Dispatch field technicians efficiently based on location and availability.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, service updates, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate service records and scheduling logs.
• Assist with incoming service requests via phone and email.
• Work closely with service managers and technicians to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on completed jobs.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, answer phones, and help around the office. Other duties will include assisting the Service Dept. with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.
