Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our call center team. You will generate new sales opportunities, engage with customers to uncover needs, and guide them through product features and benefits.

The role requires strong communication, a client-focused approach, and the ability to manage high call volumes. Hours are typically 8–5 or 9–6, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays and a commission structure tied to cold appointments.

Responsibilities

• Developing new sales opportunities using outbound lists from various CRM systems, emails, and lead follow-ups.
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Proper phone etiquette.
• Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails.
• Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services.
• Maintaining and improving the database of prospects and researching new leads.
• Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers.
• Excellent customer service skills and computer literacy skills. Tend to high volume of calls.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Monday - Friday, Hours are from 8-5 or 9-6. Occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Competitive Pay: $15 - $17 Hourly + $20 Commission for ea cold appt.
• Availability for growth.
