Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations after training, delivering top-notch service
• Motivate and develop the service team to ensure safety and excellence
• Recruit and train Orkin Pros and lead training meetings
• Oversee Ride‑Along program and field performance
• Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections and empathetic service
• Drive efficiency through scheduling, routing and inventory management
