Orkin LLC is hiring a Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation and develop a professional, empathetic team. You’ll ensure top-quality pest control service, combine technical skills with strong interpersonal abilities, and drive customer trust and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and community involvement, with opportunities to mentor Orkin Pros and manage service delivery across our local area.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide top-notch service with safety in mind.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in dealings with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros and lead training meetings.
• Oversee Ride-A-Long program and ensure customer expectations are met.
