Orkin is seeking a Service Manager in the United States to lead a high-performing team, blend technical knowledge with empathetic leadership, and drive top-notch service for homes and businesses. You will train and develop the Orkin Pros, recruit talent, and champion safe, professional pest management.

Responsibilities include leading the service operation, maintaining customer trust, and guiding the team through new products and processes while ensuring safety and quality in every engagement.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation and develop your team.
• Motivate the service team to consistently deliver top-tier service.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings and oversee Ride-Along program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections and action plans.
• Champion innovation by adopting new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies.
