Job summary

Orkin LLC is seeking a Service Manager to lead a high-performance service operation, coaching and motivating a team to deliver top-notch pest control solutions. You will blend technical pest-control knowledge with strong interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and employees.

You will oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction while representing a mission-driven culture across the field team.

Qualifications

• Field Service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees at varying experience levels.
• At least two years of lead experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.
• Ability to problem solve in a tactful and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to consistently provide the world’s best service, prioritizing safety.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee our Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and service delivery.
