What You Will Do:

• Learn the business: Rotate through dealership departments to gain exposure to Service, Parts, Sales, Management, and support functions while building a broad understanding of dealership operations.
• Develop service operations knowledge: Learn how to coordinate technician schedules, manage workflow, support work order processes, and contribute to efficient service department operations.
• Build customer relationships: Develop communication skills by interacting with customers regarding quotes, scheduling, job status updates, and service solutions.
• Gain operational experience: Increase your knowledge of inventory management, company systems, product offerings, dealership processes, and business operations.
• Technical aptitude: Interest in learning about heavy equipment, dealership operations, and service processes.
• Customer service skills: A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
• Strong communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Self-motivation: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinking: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
