Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Yard Coordinator in Riverside, CA to ensure equipment is ready, tracked, and moved efficiently. You’ll work outdoors, inspect and prep gear for delivery or rental, and coordinate with the service team to keep operations running smoothly.

This role offers hourly wages of 18 to 24 dollars, profit-sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities to grow within a diverse and customer-focused team.

• Own yard operations: organizing, tracking, and managing all equipment in the yard.
• Inspect, clean, and detail equipment for delivery, rental, or demo.
• Support equipment flow by moving, staging, and coordinating between yard and shop.
• Partner with service team to keep operations running smoothly and on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment with strong customer service.
• Work independently as well as in a team.
• Display strong attention to detail and pride in work.
• Use basic computer skills to document work and navigate systems.
• Interact with customers professionally.

What You Will Do:

• Basic computer skills: to document work and navigate systems.

• Comfort working outdoors: in various weather conditions and staying active throughout the day.
