W&B Service Company LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department, maximize efficiency, revenue and customer satisfaction. The role oversees technicians, coordinates repairs, and ensures timely repair orders and parts availability.

The position requires 3-5 years in service, experience with transport refrigeration or heavy-duty trucks/trailers preferred, and strong organizational and technical abilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in service.
• Background with Transport Refrigeration/Heavy Duty Truck/Trailer preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day work of service department technicians.
• Daily performance oversight of DVI’s.
• Ensure accurate completion of Repair Orders with full details.
• Submittal of PM forms to customers within 24 hours of service.
• Track and submit after-hours calls and technician hours.
• Coordinate with Parts to ensure needed items are on order.
• Foster a safety-first culture and maintain service truck readiness.
