Qualifications

• 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification required.
• CPO certification required, valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with property management software RealPage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of service technicians.
• Manage work orders and preventive maintenance programs.
