Job summary

Dayrise Residential is seeking a Service Manager in Riverdale, GA, to lead the maintenance team and ensure safe, efficient operations across our communities. You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, vendor partnerships, and ready vacant homes for new residents while inspiring a high-performing team.

We value hands-on leaders with 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership, EPA Type I/II or Universal, and CPO certifications.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of multifamily maintenance leadership experience.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of service technicians to deliver high standards.
• Coordinate work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor services.
• Ensure units and common areas are ready and maintained to high standards.
• Foster a safe, clean, welcoming environment for residents.
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies.
