Job summary

MobilityWorks is seeking a Service Manager to oversee production, service and installation coordination for wheelchair-accessible vehicles. This role emphasizes a healthy work-life balance with standard hours and no late nights or weekends.

You will review schedules, coordinate jobs, check hours and parts, document serial numbers, manage customer interactions, and ensure OSHA compliance. A high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of automotive repair management experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in automotive repair management.
• Proficiency in electrical and/or automotive wiring.
• Exceptional customer service skills and prior experience in this area.
• A high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of the schedule in Salesforce or equivalent system.
• Scheduling all production, service, and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinating incoming production jobs with the sales team and notifying them about scheduling, delivery, and installation demos.
• Reviewing all files before commencing installations, including hours, applications, fitting times, alignment requirements, and parts concerns.
• Documenting serial numbers and completing warranty cards during production.
• Managing customer write-ups and interactions, including pre-printing orders.
• Monitoring stock units and posting labor times for ongoing jobs.
• Ensuring OSHA compliance and participating in audits.
• Scheduling and conducting monthly service meetings with technicians and the general manager.
