Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review the daily schedule in SalesForce and plan tasks.
• Schedule all production, service, and maintenance work.
• Coordinate with sales on job timing, delivery, and demos.
• Review installation readiness, including hours, parts, and specs.
• Document serial numbers and complete warranty cards.
• Manage customer write-ups and track labor times.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and participate in audits.
• Lead monthly service meetings with technicians and GM.
