• Schedule production, service, and maintenance work.
• Coordinate jobs with sales and inform on delivery.
• Review installation readiness: hours, fittings, parts.
• Record serial numbers and warranty cards.
• Handle customer write-ups and service interactions.
• Track stock units and post labor times daily.
• Assist with OSHA compliance and monthly team meetings.
