Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification (company funded).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation after training completion.
• Motivate the service team to provide top-notch service while prioritizing safety.
• Recruit and train Orkin Pros through hands-on management and meetings.
• Oversee scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiency.
