Orkin is seeking a Service Manager in Staunton, Virginia to lead a high-performance service operation. You’ll blend leadership with technical pest-control knowledge to develop our pros and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team to deliver top-notch service.
• Ensure safety and integrity in all interactions with customers and coworkers.
• Recruit top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands‑on management.
• Lead training meetings and oversee the Ride‑Along program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met through inspections and actions.
• Support community service projects to improve the community.
