Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Minimum two years' work experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities in a commercial building products company.
• Excellent communication, high organization, and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead service and installation teams with direct customer interaction.
• Schedule/dispatch staff and assist with technical problem-solving.
• Maintain P&L and department budget controls.
• Develop, train, and hire technicians and administrative personnel.
