Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a National Service Sales Development Manager to build and lead the national service sales training program for technicians and managers.

You will design, deliver, and refine training across service lines and travel to DH Pace offices to conduct sessions. You will develop materials, coach managers, and translate value-based selling into practical guidance for field teams, while collaborating with the Training Department to sustain a robust curriculum and drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or sales training, with demonstrated success in residential, in-home, or direct-to-consumer environments (HVAC, home services, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of experience and training will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Prior experience designing and facilitating group sales training programs. Formal sales trainer or curriculum development experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and evolve the national service sales training program across service lines.
• Travel to local offices to facilitate group training sessions for managers and technicians.
• Design and deliver technician training on value-based selling and professional development.
• Design and deliver manager training covering dispatch, service, and department managers.
• Maintain full training curriculum with materials, presentations and exercises.
• Track training effectiveness using defined metrics.
• Adapt training delivery to local markets and product differences.
