Lookout Pest Control in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Service Manager to build and lead a team of technicians, hire and train staff, and drive operational excellence from route efficiency to outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach, inspire, and empower a team of up to 10 technicians, coordinating hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development while maintaining a culture that values employees and customers alike.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pest control experience.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ employees.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on leadership style and goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of up to 10 technicians at the Nashville, TN South location.
• Recruit, hire, and train new and existing team members.
• Coach performance, conduct ride-alongs, and deliver ongoing development.
• Support routing and scheduling efficiency across technician territories.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage service performance and customer updates.
• Build customer relationships and increase service retention.
• Monitor team metrics and provide real-time feedback and performance reports.
• Drive engagement and teamwork through positive leadership.
