Lookout Pest Control LLC is seeking a Branch Manager for the Nashville South area. This role leads the day-to-day operations, P&L, and performance of the branch, overseeing service technicians, sales staff, and office personnel.

You will drive growth, maintain service quality, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in operations management, a proven P&L track record, and strong leadership and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of branch, district, or operations management experience.
• Demonstrated success managing P&L and revenue targets.
• Strong track record hiring, developing, and retaining frontline teams.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and operations management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain state pest control licensing (TN).

Responsabilités

• Own full branch P&L, revenue, expense management, and profitability targets.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective action plans.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop service technicians, sales reps, and office staff.
• Drive branch revenue growth through new customer acquisition and retention.
• Partner with sales to set targets and close commercial and residential accounts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
