Job summary

OPC Pest Services in Kentucky is seeking a Service Manager to lead and mentor a team of pest control technicians while staying hands-on in the field. The role focuses on coaching, scheduling, and maintaining high service quality in a fast-growing, family-oriented firm.

You will guide daily operations, reinforce safety, and drive efficiencies through effective routing and client interactions. Competitive pay and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years' supervisory and leadership experience
• Must have at least 5 years' progressive pest control experience

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and mentor technicians
• Assist with scheduling, routing, and quality control
• Support technicians in the field and fill in on routes when needed
• Support hiring, training, and team development
• Conduct in-house and in-field technician training and meetings
• Monitor scheduling and routing to drive efficiencies and productivity
• Guide technicians in resolving client issues and ensure customer expectations are met
• Interact with commercial and residential clients and perform quality site inspections
• Review and submit service-related documents and reporting
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, perform vehicle and uniform inspections
• Serve as a trusted part of the management team
