You will recruit, onboard, and coach staff, optimize routes, and ensure top-tier customer communication and retention. The role emphasizes a people-first culture and internal advancement.

You’ll guide performance, monitor metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service while growing leaders from within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pest control experience
• Experience managing a team of 5+ employees
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Hands-on leadership style
• Ability to manage time and solve problems independently
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of up to 10 technicians at the Nashville, TN South location
• Recruit, hire, and train new and existing team members
• Coach performance, conduct ride-alongs, and deliver ongoing development
• Support routing and scheduling efficiency across technician territories
• Utilize CRM systems to manage service performance and customer updates
• Build customer relationships and increase service retention
• Monitor team metrics and provide real-time feedback and performance reports
• Drive engagement and teamwork through positive leadership
