We are seeking a Service Manager to oversee a team of technicians at a small branch, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction. The role focuses on quotes, scheduling, parts and subcontract management, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a service leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree or Technical Training Program Completion.

Responsibilities

• Quotes and Estimates Management: Leads quoting for repairs, parts, and workforce; secures client approval and promotes maintenance contracts and replacements.
• Resource Management: Coordinates with service coordinator on scheduling; leads equipment, material, and subcontract purchases.
• Work Order Management: Aids technicians with problem solving and delivery of materials; ensures notes are accurate before invoicing.
• Operational Efficiency: Maintains high standards; tracks KPIs; ensures consistency between locations and adheres to the TWC Way.
• Safety Leadership: Fosters a safety culture; ensures training and compliance; monitors technicians for safety.

What Success in our Service Manager Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc.

Oversees and manages a team of Service Technicians at a small branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support to clients.

Key Areas Of Responsibilities

• Quotes and Estimates Management: Leads quoting for repairs, parts, and workforce. Obtains approval from clients and helps advocate for maintenance contracts, replacement of equipment, and other service work inside our scope.
• Resource Management: Works in harmony with the service coordinator on the scheduling of workforce for work orders. Leads the purchasing of equipment, materials, and subcontracts. Schedules deliveries to optimize price and work order progress.
• Work Order Management: Assists Service Technicians with technical problem solving and delivery of materials and supplies to expedite job completion with timeliness and quality. Reviews open work orders with leadership and validates notes are updated and accurate and makes necessary adjustments prior to invoicing.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensures high quality operational standards by following best practices to maximize workflows, technology, and information to continuously improve branch performance. Manages key performance indicators to ensure consistency between locations and adherence to the TWC Way. This includes daily service ticket review, maintaining hold board statuses, attending 3:00 meetings, and following dispatch best practices.
• Safety Leadership: Promotes a culture of safety through continuous coaching, motivation, and setting clear expectations that are aligned to compliance and best practice. Ensures staff members complete safety training and comply with policies and procedures. Regularly monitors and evaluates technicians for safety compliance and documents within company systems.
