Orkin is seeking a Service Manager in Lexington to lead a high-performance service team, train technicians, and deliver exceptional customer care. You will recruit, mentor, and manage staff, oversee training, and drive service quality while expanding customer satisfaction and local revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service operations after training.
• Motivate the service team to deliver top-notch service while prioritizing safety.
• Engage with customers and coworkers professionally and with integrity.
• Assist with recruiting and developing local Orkin Pros.
• Lead training meetings and coaching for field staff.
• Oversee ride-along programs and route execution to ensure quality service.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and action plans.
• Champion adoption of new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies.
