Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Service Manager in Lexington, KY to lead a complete service operation after training. You will supervise a team, ensure top‑notch pest control service, and drive safety and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and integrity, with opportunities to recruit, mentor, and grow within a mission‑driven company. A company vehicle and competitive compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide world‑class service while prioritizing safety.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands‑on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride‑A‑Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and action plans.
• Champion innovation by adopting new products, services and technology.
