You will oversee training, recruiting, and field operations, with opportunities to advance within a mission‑driven company that values safety, integrity, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide the world’s best service with safety as a priority.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Assist with recruiting top talent on the service team.
• Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands‑on management.
• Lead training meetings.
• Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride‑Along program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections and action plans.
• Champion innovation by adopting new products, services and technology.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity.
