Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Service Manager who will train and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional pest-control service. The role combines technical acumen with strong interpersonal skills to drive customer trust and business growth.

You will manage service operations, mentor technicians, and participate in recruiting and training while upholding Orkin's safety, professionalism, and integrity standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license (company paid).
• We will consider all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service operation upon completion of paid training.
• Motivate the service team to provide top service with safety as a priority.
• Recruit and train Orkin Pros through hands-on management.
• Oversee the Ride-Along program and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support community service projects and uphold company values.
