• Participates in Corporate Service Marketing Plan execution.
• Coordinates customer clinics, field days and promotional events.
• Reviews work orders for completeness before billing.
• Ensures all tools, equipment, and vehicles are well maintained.
• Manages recruiting, staffing and development for dept employees.
• Supports annual Service Department budget development.
