Titan Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager to lead the store's service operations, driving customer satisfaction, safety, and efficiency. The role focuses on managing all service activities to ensure the dealership meets industry standards and delivers top-tier service.

You will oversee scheduling, staff supervision, documentation, and compliance while aligning the department with financial goals and operational excellence in Henderson, CO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc)
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and work flexible hours
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people

Responsibilities

• Financial and Performance Management: understand financial drivers, meet or exceed goals, manage workflow and schedules.
• Customer Interaction and Experience: handle inquiries and estimates, resolve complaints, manage service workflow to meet goals.
• Documentation and Communication: supervise and schedule employees, maintain service records and documentation accurately and timely.
• Safety and Compliance: uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations and ensure vehicles meet legal requirements.
