Job summary

Titan Machinery, Inc. in Omaha, NE is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Management and oversee the service department. You will help achieve department objectives, communicate with customers, and ensure professionalism, safety, and efficiency in all operations.

The role emphasizes leading people, managing service records, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance within a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc.)
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people
• Ability to work flexible hours as business and/or customer needs require
• Strong customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction and Experience: Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction, all while upholding safety and environmental standards
• Documentation and Communication: Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records and documentation, schedule safe equipment delivery and pickup, and manage the upkeep of service department supplies and tools
• Safety and Compliance: Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations, and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements
