Qualifications

• 1+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc.)
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people
• Ability to work flexible hours as business and/or customer needs require
• Strong customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide repair information, resolve complaints, and ensure follow-up to guarantee satisfaction, upholding safety and environmental standards
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate service records, schedule safe equipment delivery and pickup, and manage the upkeep of service department supplies and tools
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations, and ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements
