Job summary

Titan Machinery seeks a Service Manager to lead the store's service operations, drive workflow efficiency, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and measurable performance in a fast-paced heavy equipment environment.

You will manage staff schedules, oversee service records, and coordinate with customers on estimates and repairs while maintaining compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate)
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and work flexible hours
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people

Responsibilities

• Oversee service department operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage workflows, schedules, and customer work orders to meet financial and operational goals.
• Supervise and schedule staff, ensure accurate service records and documentation.
• Uphold safety, environmental and compliance standards and ensure vehicles meet legal requirements
