You will manage daily Service Department operations, mentor technicians, uphold warranty guidelines, and collaborate across departments to meet dealership goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in the medium/heavy-duty truck industry.
• ASE and/or OEM certifications are desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with warranty processes and guidelines.
• Ability to lead others in a positive, empowering way.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
