Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in heavy-duty truck or related service operations.
• Leadership roles like Service Manager or Shop Foreman preferred.
• Strong understanding of diesel truck service operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting experience.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience using dealership management systems and service software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain technicians and service staff.
• Drive technician productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensure repairs are safe, accurate, and timely.
• Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication.
• Manage budgets, labor sales, gross profit, and KPIs.
• Promote safety, accountability, and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with policies, OSHA, and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet operational goals.
• Identify process improvements to boost satisfaction and performance.
