Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to interview, select and train service technicians.
• Evaluate knowledge and performance; assist promotions, merit and discipline decisions.
• Drive store performance: service sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, safety.
• Oversee daily work orders, assigning time, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Provide technical diagnosis for general and complex service requests.
