Qualifications

• 5+ years in the automotive repair industry as technician, service advisor, or service manager.
• Strong technical knowledge of service and repair standards.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience managing technicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to interview, select and train service technicians.
• Evaluate technician knowledge, skills and performance; advise on promotions or discipline.
• Drive store performance: service sales, gross profit, customer satisfaction, safety.
• Oversee and assign daily work orders, including tools and materials.
• Provide technical diagnosis for general and complex repairs across models.
• Coordinate technical training to improve technician skills.
• Ensure safe operation of tools and shop equipment; approve replacements as needed.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and store cleanliness.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve underperforming stores.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalations promptly.
• Manage shop inventory of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Lead safety and operational excellence with Store Manager.
• Meet flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
